Part one of my long run. I paused the watch at a light and accidentally stopped it, so the second half is seperate. I felt pretty good on this one. The plan was to do two loops, both Bangers loops. Halfway into the first loop I realized that if I ran passed my car I was going to stop. So I improvised a run on the fly. It was pretty good, and I got to run the reverse of heartbreak hill, which had a lot of people out.
