Went at a good pace for the first two miles, but died on the third. Still, not a bad race. Yet again I wish I had stuck with duffty. Six more seconds for qualifying, I think I can do it. I also was sick, which surprisingly didn't seem to affect my race, but I'm still going to use as an excuse. Was going to run sunday, but decided to take the day off to recover because I was sick. Got worse on sunday too.
