Ran this with Ruby. I'm going to start trying to follow her plan. It's the least I can do, I did make the plan. Plus I want to get faster again.
This was not a very fast hill run,average pace was 736 but I still feel pretty good about it. I was wheezing pretty hard about halfway up each hill. Still, next time will be better. We're holding each other accountable, so this time it will actually stick. My first hill was too fast, but then I think I kept pretty consistent. The next time I will aim for 1 or 2 seconds faster.
