Notes
Slow today. Felt like crap. Was going to run shorter, but 2 miles in at the turn, I saw a runner run to the right when I was going straight, and truth be told I wanted to catch him. So I did. Anyway, that was the only good mile of this run. At the end I clipped a curb and fell, kind of scraping up my back. So not pleasant. On a side note, at the beginning of the run I saw a guy smoking a pipe while mowing the lawn, with the sprinkler going. It was pretty funny.
