Just guessing the time, as I forgot. Pace was slightly faster than that, but there is usually an extra 30 seconds or so where I get up to speed. Ran late at night, like 10. watched fotc, although it was too loud, and I couldn't get off the treadmill to change it. Kind of annoying.
