Notes
Most of this was on the treadmill. I watched episode 1 of the league.
The first half I tried to run with my dog. I ran her to the school, past some ultimate frisbee people. When we got to the trails, about a half mile in, I took off the leash. She bolted back the way we came, straight through the 20 or so people playing frisbee. Made it almost all the way home before I stopped and got her to stop. She didn't seem unhappy, but I think she just wanted a quick walk, not a run. Then I ran 4 miles on the treadmill.
