First run in a while. I'm not sore if my legs are just not used to it anymore, or the treadmill is broken, but something felt weird. It felt like the treadmill was sloped towards the middle. I plan on doing 5 miles a night during the week and more on the weekend. I just got new wear testers so it is forcing me to run. So that is good. I have soccer tonight, which is why I didn't do the extra mile. My plan is to do 4 miles inside and then a mile loop with or without my dog outside. So 30 minutes on the treadmill. Any more than that and I have trouble and quit.
