Didn't time it. It was really hot. While I was sore, my leg didn't really hurt me from the shot with the puck last night. So that is good. I was just sore from last night.

I've been running consistently for almost a month. I think it may be time to start throwing in a hill workout. I'm leaning towards saturday. I also want to start doing some core and bike riding. The bike would be on sunday, the core probably won't start until sometime during next week.

This was another close call, poop wise. I'm going to start logging what time I poop, for the next month or so. I would like to know how soon I need to poop to avoid disaster. It will be useful, if a little weird.
