Workout was supposed to be 4x200 with 200 rest and 5x800 with 400 rest. 200s at 40s, and 800s at 3:00. Anyway, I don't understand the lines on the track for 200, so those are all off. Looks like the pace is right around where I wanted though. The 800s were tougher than expected. I think I may have misjudged how fast I can go. But I kept going and I suppose that is what is important.

The reason I am doing workouts now is mostly because Ruby wants to get faster and asked me to design some workouts for her. It would be weird to just have her do them, so I'm in too. Also I'm hoping the addition of me doing them will make both myself and her more likely to keep it up.

I think you doing it will make it more likely for us to keep it up. Also it makes it infinitely more enjoyable for me, even though I'm miserable. I like this new workout / burrito date.
