Notes

Ran the woodhill trails. Was a 20 minute warmup and 20 minute cooldown with 10 minutes of hills. I have the actual splits on my watch, but they were roughly 48,50,52,51. I ran up the hill and jogged down. It was a lot harder then I thought it would be. Next time I'll probably go for 6, 4 seemed too little. I'm not used to speed, so it's going to be rough. I may also be really sore tomorrow.
