Did hills in the woods. So the distances are very far off. Granted I'm out of shape as well, but I'm not that slow. I'm pushing to get into shape. Soccer starts next week, and hockey "started" this week. I'm probably going to be pretty tired for the next couple of weeks, but it will be worth it. I'm signing up for a 10k on the 4th of july which should be fun. Assuming I'm in shape.

Anyway, for this workout I ran 4 hills. The hill could have gone on longer, and next time I will go longer. I like the woods because you have to watch where you step. It's a good distraction. There is a big stump at the beginning which I may start at next time, as leaping over it isn't great. Although I may keep it, should help my flexibility a little. Once I decide where to start/stop, I need to keep it constant. Then I can compare week to week.
