I have the actual time and distance on my watch, but this seems relatively right. Again I stopped for my dog to poop. I felt fairly good, but still not 100%. My upper legs still hurt pretty bad, specifically on downhills. Unfortunately I live on a hill and in hilly town, so there are no completely flat runs I can go on. Tomorrow I'll try to go farther, probably won't take my dog. She was pulling me until the last half mile, then she slowed considerably. Maybe I'll warmup or cooldown a mile or so with her whenever i run.
