Notes
I did a bad job with my watch today, so the time is just a guess. I started it late twice.
This was a hilly bike ride. I was pretty beat up towards the end. But I did get a lot better at shifting on my bike. I got a flat at around 9 miles. It basically exploded. I think it was a combination of being an older tube, with spokes poking slightly more than necessary, and being slightly over inflated. We changed the tire pretty quick, so that wasn't too bad. Luckily I had the tools to change it. Otherwise I would have been in trouble.
Also, I did this with Josh, if Pelham wasn't a give away. Afterwards had a delicious chocolate gelato with no dairy courtesy of Josh. Then father's day stuff.
