Notes

Did the relay for life, so I ran at like 5 in the morning. Actually, exactly at 5. After the half mile I knew I was going way too fast, but decided to stick with it. Something about being on the track made me want to run fast. Plus I'd been drinking. Stopped at the 5k to pee, so I actually finished at 540, but running time was the above. Also had to weave through people, so, with running in the 4th lane for a lot, I probably ran faster than i thought. Ran 610ish constant for the whole thing. Also walked for a while, probably roughly 5 or 6 miles, for what that is worth.

Also took a lot off this week. I just did not feel like running. Trying to get back into it now.
