Ran with mccann. I've never run this run before, but it was very nice. Pretty hot out today which wasn't ideal for a long run. Nice to run through the woods and the hills weren't really terrible. Once we hit amanda's loop I kind of started to feel a little tight. My calf really felt sore throughout the run. It kind of hurt yesterday at basketball, so I'm thinking it will not really mess with the running too much. Good to run with mccann, although I ran the last couple miles by myself because he had to go to the bathroom. Because of this the time might not be accurate for me, but I'm thinking it should be close. Felt pretty good today. There were a lot of anti-abortion protesters on the run, which was unique. Good thing I didn't go with Isaiah, because even with us slowing the last 4 or so miles, we still beat them back and were going a good mile or so more than them. Hope the good weather keeps up.
