Notes
I have the exact time on my watch, but it was definitely 53 something. I've been running slow, but I didn't know it was that slow. What is important is that I don't now try to speed up. My body should know the speed it is comfortable at, and I am jumping from 0 to a fairly high mileage.
The weather was almost perfect, cool with some slight sprinkles. I would have preferred a more consistent rain, but I guess I can't be picky.
