Notes
I ran to work today. Took it kind of easy, because i didn't want to sweat too much. But by the end I was pretty sweaty and tired. I am out of shape. Anyway marathon in 2 months, plus I've got to hit that wedding weight. Pat did say this was how he trained for all his marathons, and it should work for me too.
I did have hockey yesterday, so it makes sense that I would be sore.
