Pretty slow run. At almost exactly mile 3 I had to stop and stretch my calf. It got painful while running and I remembered that stretching helped last time. It did not here, so ran slower for the rest of the run. But the pain did go away after a mile or so (came back a little after the run).
Tried a new run today. It was pretty hilly. There were plenty of places I could have cut through the three trail systems that I have been running on. So could do a lot of variations of this in the future. There was a pretty impressive hill on the other side of one of the trails. mile 2 or 3ish. Maybe that is what stressed my right calf. Who knows.
