Ran the other windy trail with Mike, the one with the couch. Anyway, felt pretty good. Mike was not feeling great. We stopped at the first stop, because tradition, and then stopped at the rock towards the end. On the way back he felt sick so we walked a bit in the parking lot of the school. Still good to get running again. I probably shouldn't have taken Sunday off.
