Ran with chris smith in Andover. He only ran the first 5, regular chandler run, but I added on after. Picked up the pace a little when I left, but went probably a little too fast for the beginning. Chris stuck with me though. Glad to be home and psyched for the feaster five tomorrow. I'm thinking of doing a fast tempo. I don't want to race it, but I would like to break 29. Last year we ran mid 29s and were talking the whole time. I think we could go a little faster this year, because I'm faster.
