Got pretty lost on this one. Went with the trails loop I did previously, but had to backtrack a bit and then circle back when the backtracking got me more lost. Also I fell down while lost, which didn't help.
All in all, not my favorite run experience. As usual with trails my pace is crazy slow. Unclear if that is a fault in the watch or that I'm just that much slower on trails. Similarly the last 3/4 of a mile felt really slow to me, so seem doubtful that it was 6 minute pace. So don't trust the splits. Since I got lost I barely made it back in time for the afternoon GEMBA.
