Notes
I don't really know how far this is. I figured I'd make it 6.2 to round up to 30. It is probably farther, but not much. I basically just ran into the woods and ran around in there for like 36 minutes. It was pretty awesome, I saw like 8 deer and some very awesome scenery. I did fall, which wasn't fun. I skinned my elbow and my knee kind of hurts. I think i'll ice it and see. Tomorrow I want to run far, or double. We'll see.
