Notes
Ran at home today, the weather was beautiful. Also i saw a wild turkey and a bunch of pigs (nonwild) which was cool. Took it out way too fast, my first two miles were 6:45s so I must of slowed a lot over the course of the run. I ran a little extra too, like .5 miles, to guess, because I started the run with my ipod and realized that the headphones kept coming out like 1:30 into the run, so I ran back and started over.
