Notes

School cancelled due to cold. I ran this workout inside on the treadmill at Princeton Club Express - one week free membership. Easy warmup of two miles, then cut the pace down to 6:00 for the final 7 miles.

Left knee did not hurt to bad while on the treadmill, but was getting sore.

Ran easy with movin shoes later in the day. Left knee hurt by the end of this run especially going downhill.
