Last long run prior to the 50k. Weather was cold (38 degrees) and quite windy. I ran in 1/4 tights, under armour cold gear mock, vest (for the first 10k), hat and gloves. The first 10k I ran easy and then pushed the pace over the final 15k. Fuel - gu and water at 10k. Run reaffirmed race day strategy - run relaxed for 25k and then progressively faster to the 45k mark and hopefully the finish.
