Racine Lighthouse 10 mile. The course was nice, mostly flat. Temperature was about 65 at the start and 70 at the finish - standard summer weather. Legs had no zip. No GPS data (forgot to turn it on), but 1st mile 5:47, 3 mile in 18:10, 5 mile 30:32, ran a bunch of 6:20 miles, mile 10 5:58. I actually felt best over the final 2 miles. Kind of interesting how my legs have never recovered from Boston - always feel sluggish. I'm sure it will get better as I run more consistently. Also the biking and swimming have contributed to the overall feeling.
