Why do I run:
Running is how I reset. It clears my head and gets me back to par, and it lets me enjoy my number one and number 3 favorites above guilt free ;-). |
Why I started running:
My friend T got me running when I was in college. She got me to run a six mile route in the Utah Mountains out side of SLC and I have been hooked ever since. |
