Notes

Cold temps were still in full effect and my breathing did not like it so I cut this one short. Better to be smart. When the lungs cannot get oxygen into the bloodstream, the run will be tough and its wise to just turn back around. Yay for the temp warmup. I will likely do 1 mile tomorrow to meet my January goal and move on to February! Thanks to the ice this month for the much needed rest. FIT4LIFE
