After a great turnout at the kickoff meeting for Team Ability at the Kids Center, I still had to run home. I lost a few degrees and added some wind to my run, but ran an awesome pace (mile 4 was 6:48/mi) and completed 10 miles for the day. I must have been charged up from the meeting. We're raising funds for some special people, both the kids and their parents! FIT4LIFE
