I went hard today with a 3 miler run, 5.1 on the stationary bike, 25 sit-ups, 2 more miles running, then 75 more sit-ups. Try to mix running with biking while strengthening my core, which will help with breathing, all while maintaining my running mileage. Running totaled 5 miles @ 7:18/mi pace, biking totaled 5.1 miles @ 21.7 mph pace, and 100 sit-ups.
