Hit it hard on Monday with a 3 mile treadmill run, 2.25 miles on the stationary bike, 2 miles running, then finished with 2.76 on the bike- and totaled 100 sit-ups throughout. Felt great and wanting more. Totals: 5 miles running @ 7:22/mi pace, 5.01 miles biking @ 21.57mph, and 100 sit-ups. Great workout!
