Notes

Indoor routine due to the crazy outside conditions. Did not really have my running legs but got a great workout in. Added 20# to upper body on sit-ups, and did random hills intervals on bike:

1) Run 1, 25 s/u, Bike 4.02, 25 s/u

2) Run 1, 25 s/u, Bike 4.02, 25 s/u
