Notes

Got a late start and with hot temps, i took the workout indoors. Ran on a new treadmill today and the pace is telling of that. Felt really good but the treadmill is not to fun. So, I jumped on the bike and did some quick sprint intervals for a little over 5 miles. Good stuff.
