Notes
So much for a rainy trail run. Humid and warm and sunny at 74 deg. Ran about 1/2 mile from home to the trailhead and had a great run with just one fall. Took it easy but got a couple bumps and bruises when downhill momentum was a little outta control. Feet tangled and BOOM. All good, it happens and it felt great.... RUN4OKC FIT4LIFE
