First workout of the 2012 was an awesome one while watching the Gator Bowl. Alternated treadmill runs with sit-ups and stationary bike intervals. Felt excellent throughout!
1: Run 4, 25 s/u, Bike 5.1, 25 s/u
2: Run 2.5, 25 s/u, Bike 2.58, 25 s/u
3: Run 2.5, 25 s/u
Total: Run 9 @ 1:07:05, Bike 7.68 @ 21:20, s/u 125
All that and the Florida Gators beat Ohio State, again, in the Gator Bowl!
