Bernheim Millennium Trail Half Marathon is always a tough race. One thing I have realized, shaving time of my race is a challenge. On this route, I have ran 3 times with times all very close together. Oh well. My mantra coming in was "When all elements are against you, go for it, and you will become stronger and more resilient - if you survive!" I survived, and this race will make others easier. Great job to Jim Ball, volunteers and Bernheim for a great challenge and an awesome race! Finish time was around 2:25 and place was around 22nd. More in my blog later! jamesrunsthenation.blogspot.com
