Aside from wanting to post a run in Gatlinburg, TN, I wanted to try to get some of the soreness out of my legs. From calves to thighs, the downhill grade of yesterday's race combined with a lot of walking thru the Biltmore Mansion then thru Gatlinburg, and the heat mixed in, took its toll on me. This was a hot one at 80 deg. 3 miles @ 7:37/mi pace down the Gatlinburg strip.
