Ran 2, Biked 5.1 of random hill intervals, then ran another 2. Decided to mix it up a little, keeping and easy running pace, while relieving my legs of a little pressure on the bike. Felt great the entire way. The resistance and burn of the hills while biking was awesome! 4 miles running @ 7:31/mi pace. 5.1 miles biking @ 21.57 mph pace.
