Hit the Reservoir for a nice hot 81 deg run. Great negative splits toward an awesome pace. 1st 1200 got my loose, the next 1200 got me ready and the took off on the final 1200! Great tune up for a hilly race Saturday morning in Burkes Garden, Virginia! FIT4LIFE
