About me:
My wife and me are members of Cherokee Nation Wings. If you live in the Cherokee Nation, Wings will pay your entry fees to about 25 sponsered runs throughout the year. The races are mostly 5k's but there are a couple of longer runs most years. We have been members since 2010. |
Why do I run:
Wings races are pretty much my social life these days. The competition keeps me motivated. |
Why I started running:
I started bicycling in 1993 when I quit drinking. In 2000 I started running because bicycling took so long to get the same workout as a short run. |
