Notes

3000SC hurdle work + hurdle drills; for steeple chase, practiced going over a barrier while only tapping/skimming it. This wasto practice for the regular barriers when really fatigued and worried whether you would be able to clear it. Then practiced going over the barrier as if it was a water jump
