Distance is an estimate, time is correct. I might soon have to break down and start using my 405. Workout was supposed to be 12x400m, sandwiched between warm up and cool down. Here is what I did instead: 20 minute warm up, 12x2 minutes, with 1.5 minute active recovery, another 22 minutes as a cool down. A nice run on a nice night!
