I didn't have my Garmin tonight, so I timed it with a Timex digital (non-GPS) watch. It was supposed to be 6x800 intervals. I did a warm up of 15 minutes, then did the intervals timed for 3:40, with 2:30 active recovery, and a 15 minute cool down. Pretty warm night for this time of year.
