Notes
A warm day, 3c, with wet and slushy roads. A few miles into the run, there was about a half an hour of sleet/hail/wet snow, but I was warm enough by that time that I barely noticed it.
The run felt perfectly fine, although I was surprised at the end to see the pace as slow as it was. Maybe next week I'll stop being lazy with the long runs, and throw in some marathon paced miles ... although I'm not sure what that pace is.
