Run from Stanhope to Brackley Beach, along the beach road for a while, then back to the cottage. Miles 1-4 were at a fairly easy pace, then the five miles between 4-9 were at "15k to half" pace - something around 8:05 - 8:10 per mile? I like getting these tougher runs behind me.
