Notes
After starting tonight's downtown run for the first mile+ on the sidewalks, and putting in paces slower than 10 minutes per mile as I tried to skip along the ice, I decided to stick to roads and cleared trails for the remainder of the run. Not quite as long planned (due to a couple of bonehead moves) but still an ok run. Did I mention that I'm following no formal plan these days? Just a mix of medium long/speed/long run with shorter runs in the middle.
