Had a bit of pain on the top of my foot last night and today, but I still headed out today and I think it's ok. I put some ice on it too.
Also, in an impulsive move, I signed up for the Bay State marathon in Lowell, Massachusetts on October 20th. I had previously signed up for the marathon in Moncton on Oct. 27th, but I'll probably switch that to a 5k or 10k. Bay State apparently is a fairly fast course. So I'm expecting to see you there too Enrique , right?
