Threw in about 4 km's at marathon pace in the middle of my run. They were a little too fast, but not bad. It was a very windy days, and 2. of the four k's had the wind behind me. The forecast for Sunday is also calling for a bit of wind, with possibly a few showers. One more little run tomorrow, before the big race Sunday.
