A tough run. I waited too long to start it, and by the time I did it was 25 degrees celcius. I walked a few times during the run, and my pace was still under 9 minutes/mile. I need to learn to slow down on my long runs. After 10.5 miles, I stopped by the house for 15 minutes - drank a bunch of water then ran three more miles.
