Cold, slippery and windy - just another winter long run! It was very windy, but after the first couple of miles it didn't bother me. I passed lots of walkers who were wrapped in multiple layers, and they looked like they were freezing. I felt like telling them to run, since that would have kept them warmer.
I ran 2017 miles in 2012, the most I've run in a single year. My mileage has increased in every year that I've been running - see below. Happy New Year!
